User Agreement

By accessing and using the BitX platform (the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use BitX. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether, and to what extent, any taxes apply to any transactions you conduct through the Service, and to withhold, collect, report, and remit the correct amounts of taxes to the appropriate tax authorities. BitX is not responsible for determining whether taxes apply to your transactions or for collecting, reporting, withholding, or remitting any taxes arising from any transactions.

• Money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Market manipulation or fraudulent trading.
• Using the service for illegal gambling operations.
• Interfering with the platform's security infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users of the Service.
